“Outstanding hotel, rooms are fabulous, excellent service by all the staff, especially restaurant staff, that looked after us daily for all our personal demands. Superb food quality. Good location, only minutes within shopping areas.”

“The staff in the Taj Club and the breakfast restaurant Machan were outstanding. The hotel had some bugs to be worked out still (our shower needed some maintenance to increase the pressure) but staff got it sorted out right away.”

“Overall bad experience. Very unhygienic.”

“everything in this hotel is fashing and excellent, accomodation, service, especially foods in restaurant.Commonly,it is really nice hotel.”

“Excellent services, professional staff, clean room, business friendly”

“Wifi is a no brainer. Was not possible to log in with room and last name. Managed once to log in via coupon from reception but only worked 15 min and extremely slow. Ols address this as it is a basic need for any hotel”

“Great feeling with the renovation and upgrades. I am pleasantly surprised. Food was really great. It felt nice returning to Lucknow and stay at the Clarks because of our past shared history with the town. Clarks was then the only star feeling in a small town steeped in its own culture, time and moods.”

“Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are clean and neat, hot water is near perfect. Hallways carpet must be replaced very old and not clean enough.”

“I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay here. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of items. Service staff was unbelievably professional and helpful. Not to mention the most gorgeous mall directly across the street. If my travels ever find me in Lucknow again, I will 100% stay here.”

“It is ok kind of stay but not excellent. Over all we are staying during transit and it worked out well”

“This place was terrible!!! Stay away!”
